Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us and we assure you that none of your details will be given to any other non-affiliate company. You may be contacted by Bravehearts from time to time with invitations to events, or with information about new Ditto products we release. If you do not wish for this to happen, please don't hesitate to contact us on 07-32904474 and we will remove you from our database. Please also be assured that any credit card details you have entered, are subject to secure encryption, with funds deposited into our account via the ANZ Bank. If we need to give you a refund via your credit card, then someone from Bravehearts will contact you to get the details. Once the credit has been deposited, your details will be immediately destroyed.
Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s, then simply return the items to us within 30 days after receipt and we will happily give you a full refund or replace them Please ensure that goods returned are in good condition and have not been modified in any way, otherwise your refund may not be granted. You need to include your telephone contact details with your goods, so that we can contact you to arrange the refund deposit into your credit card account. Returns should be sent to:

PLEASE ensure you give us your telephone contact details so that we can organise the refund. Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded into your credit card account within two working days.
Delivery Policy:
Goods are shipped to you via Australia Post. Please allow 14 days for delivery. If goods are received broken or damaged in any way, please contact our office on 07-32904474 to organise a replacement.
